Is my data secure?

We host all data exclusively on our own servers in Switzerland and do not use third-party cloud solutions. The SSL-encrypted data transfer ensures maximum privacy.

What counts as a tour?

For the tour boundaries, only tours that are publicly visible to visitors and guides in the app (language variants, tours for children / adults, tours in simple language, special exhibitions) are being evaluated. Non-publicly visible temporary tours for pure test purposes, for example, in order to try an intermediate result, are not limited.

Can I use the sound files of our existing Audioguides?

Yes, you can easily upload existing audio files via Ground Control. We will support you, if desired, during the conversion if the files are in an incompatible format.

Can you also support us in the creation of suitable content (sound, graphics, etc.)?

Yes, in cooperation with our Copernicus partner agencies, we would be happy to support you with the creation and setting of your texts and audio files as well as with the image and video processing. Please ask for an individual offer.
